The files contained in this Contribution
are the default MS2.2 files with the
Register Globals patch already applied to
the necessary files.  It has been installed
and tested on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux
server running php 4.3.10 with Register
Globals set to Off in a local php.ini file.

It has been tested on the same domain as
another default osCommerce install, one
without the Register Globals patch installed.

This Contribution, when installed, worked correctly.
Customers were able to register, make
purchases and receive e-mails.  I was able
to add new products to the database.  In
short, it all appears to work correctly.

The other installation, on the same domain
but without the patch, yielded the error:
FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it!
Which is exactly what it should have shown.

THIS FILE SET HAS BEEN PARTLY UPDATED FROM v1.2
OF RICH BENTLEY'S REGISTER GLOBALS PATCH FILES
TO v1.3 OF THOSE PATCH FILES.  I HAVE NOT
INCLUDED CHANGES IN THE CATALOG AND ADMIN SESSIONS.PHP
FILES TO THE FUNCTION 'LINK_SESSION_VARIABLE'.  THESE
CHANGES ARE INCLUDED (IF YOU NEED THEM), IN THE
FILE OF THE SAME NAME ADDED TO THIS FILE SET.

If you have already installed your website
then the install folder and the file within it
should not be uploaded to your website.
